hey guys itsichole here to make a tip on how to get skinnier legs here we go .....

exercize your legs every other day
 
do 15 to 20 squats
 
a 50 second wall sit
 
10 minutes of constant cardio(walk run or jog only do it constant if you can if you have asthma and you need to take it easier then do less or do 5 and 5)
 
20 lunges(front lunges 10 each leg)
 
20 side lunges(10 each leg)
 
eat healthy
 
this should help you get skinnier legs and dont eat leass eat healthier
